Professional perm services with expert care
Tailored to your desired look and hair type
We evaluate your hair before proceeding
Perms typically last 3-6 months
Professional application for best results
A careful, consultation-first approach to safely transforming your curl pattern
We evaluate your hair's health, texture, porosity, and chemical history to confirm it's a good candidate for a perm and to plan the best approach
We choose the rod size and wrapping pattern based on your desired curl—from loose waves with larger rods to tight spirals with smaller ones—and your hair length
Your hair is carefully wound around the rods in the selected pattern, then the perm solution is applied evenly to begin reshaping the hair's structure
We monitor processing time closely based on your hair type and desired result—this is one of the most critical steps for achieving great curls without over-processing
The neutralizer locks in your new curl pattern, then we rinse, remove the rods, and style your curls while sharing detailed at-home care instructions
Expert chemical texture services in Lone Tree, Colorado
We require a consultation before every perm—not as a formality, but because a thorough assessment is what separates great results from damaged hair. We want to make sure your hair is healthy enough and that a perm is the right service for your goals.
A basic perm works best on shoulder-length or shorter hair to create a more uniform curl pattern. A spiral perm is designed for shoulder-length or longer hair to create defined, flowing spirals. We'll recommend which is right for you.
Our partnership with Toni & Guy since 1997 has kept our team educated in the chemistry of hair—including perms. Understanding how perm solutions interact with different hair types is what lets us deliver results that look great and protect hair health.
A perm chemically restructures your hair's bonds to hold the new curl pattern. Results typically last 3–6 months, depending on your hair type, growth rate, and home care routine.
Not everyone wants the same curl. Rod size, wrapping pattern, and processing time all influence the final curl—from soft beach waves to tight spirals. We customize every perm to match your vision.
Permed hair needs specific care to maintain curl definition and health. We'll walk you through everything—from the right products to how to dry your curls—so your perm stays beautiful for as long as possible.

If you've recently colored your hair, wait at least two weeks before a perm. Double-processing hair with both chemicals close together increases the risk of damage.
Come to your appointment with clean hair and no heavy styling products. Product build-up can interfere with even perm solution penetration.
Let us know about any previous perms, relaxers, color, or keratin treatments. Your chemical history is critical information that helps us protect your hair during the process.
The perm process—wrapping, processing, neutralizing, and styling—takes 2 to 3 hours depending on your hair length. Schedule accordingly.
The neutralization process continues for up to 72 hours after your appointment. Washing too soon can disrupt the curl-setting process and loosen your results.
Avoid hair ties, clips, or anything that puts pressure on your curls for the first 24 hours. Indentations from elastics can permanently distort the curl pattern.
Sulfate-free shampoos and curl-enhancing conditioners keep permed hair moisturized and help curls stay defined. Avoid brushing when wet—use a wide-tooth comb instead.
Permed hair is more porous and can be more vulnerable to heat damage. When you do use heat, keep temperatures moderate and always use a heat protectant.
