Subtle dimension without the full commitment
Mini partial highlights add just enough dimension to brighten your look without being overwhelming. Perfect for those who want a subtle change or are trying highlights for the first time.
Mini partials take less time and cost less than full highlights, making them perfect for regular maintenance or when you want to refresh your look without a full commitment.
Great for maintaining your highlights between full services or for adding a quick refresh to your existing color. The focused placement keeps your highlights looking fresh.
How to prepare for your appointment and protect your highlights at home
Come to your appointment with clean hair and no heavy styling products. Product build-up can interfere with even lightener application.
Save photos of highlight styles you love—and ones you don't. This helps us understand the exact look you're after, from placement to tone.
Let us know about any previous highlights, box color, or chemical treatments. This helps us choose the safest, most effective approach for your hair.
Highlight services range from about 1.5 hours (mini-partial) to 3+ hours (balayage or full highlights). Schedule your day accordingly so you're not rushed.
Give your toner and lightener time to fully settle. Your first wash can lift freshly deposited tone, so waiting helps the color last longer.
Sulfate-free shampoos are gentler on highlighted hair and help preserve your tone between appointments. We'll recommend options that work for your specific highlights.
For blonde or lightened highlights, a purple or blue shampoo used once a week helps neutralize brassiness and keep your tone fresh.
Use a heat protectant before hot tools and consider a UV-protecting hair product for time in the Colorado sun, which can fade highlights over time.
Foil highlights typically need refreshing every 8–10 weeks. Balayage can go 12–16 weeks. We'll help you set a schedule that keeps your look fresh.
